Character makeover ticket?

Is there a character makeover ticket? and what features can you change with it if you are a CAST?

I see some options have the AC sign next to it, are these feature bought with AC? and some other options dont have the AC sign next to them but are greyed out, are these the option you need a rappy suit for?
