If you could redesign a keyboard

If you could redesign your keyboard, or make a new one as a standard, how would you do it?

Personally, I'd move the Caps Lock key to be up near the Pause/Break Key to avoid accidentally hitting it (I do it often while gaming).

I also think maybe moving the Enter/Return key to the right a bit so it is separated slightly would prevent me from accidentally sending some incomplete messages.

A ".com" (shift would be .net or .org, may need statistics on which of those is more common) could replace the Insert key; localize this based on country (so the UK would get it as a .co.uk key).

Maybe try and figure some way to move the exclamation mark closer to other standard punctuation.

I would like a few more function keys, so I have more things to bind game functions to. In the arrow cluster in lower right I'd add strafe keys to make that equal to "qwe/asd".
