HELP! Can't get Desert Freefield

I'm trying to complete the request by Koffie to unlock the Desert Freefield, but I don't know what to do. I completed one of the missions required and got the two McGuffins, but I can't get the other mission clear.

Help please?

Requirements: Lillipa data will drop in yellow boxes from Desert enemies. Finish Rare Ore in 18 minutes and Precious Goods in 15 minutes.
Prize: Free Field Desert Exploration Quest Unlocked.
