Tech II and Mutation are better than just Tech III though, so what's the problem

You're comparing two abilities to one. That's the problem.

Basically this is 55 health, 10 s.atk/r.atk, and 3 PP better than t.atk 3 and ragne soul. That's pretty good. On the other hand, why use that terrible backunit, should have built this in a fegali piece for much higher base defenses.

because is to hard to creat 5 slot on 9 star armor
with decent % 8 star drop by cristal dragon come 2 3 4 or 5 slot ...
my goal was creat armor with 5 slot and good combo on it
