I found this thing last night, the first item that's dropped for me with 9*.
Is it any good? Worth anything?
What class is it even for, it has a t-def req., yet it seems to be a s-def armor.

It was good when hard mode was the only thing you could run. There are better things at end-game now. Much better.

Anyways, just because armor requires a certain defense, in this case tech defense, does not necessarily mean it has to give tech defense.

I think you can buy those for 1050 off of the player shops if that answers your question. Oh, and it's probably meant to be a force unit that gives S-Def for some reason.

You would pretty much need a level 60 Hu/Fi Fi/Hu Cast with a maxed out S Def up and another with a single point in it.
