I'm 99.9% certain there's shifting section IDs/photon fortune and I just struck gold.

This is 100% correct as far as I'm concerned. I think generally peoples luck is average most of the time but every now and again you will have atrocious luck. I guarantee the next day your luck will be off the scale good which makes me certain that there is indeed a hidden photo fortune.
