PLZ I NEED HELP URGENT

every time i try to create a character this appears... what is the problem?

Maybe you need to re-install. Or it could be you need to upgrade your ram.

It could be graphics related. If you load up the launcher, press the button directly below the game start button, and on the window that appears, move the slider all the way left. On the bottom of the window click the left most button followed by the right most button and then try again. This will put PSO2 into the lowest graphical settings.

Your graphics card doesn't support the detailed shaders. Turn them off and you'll be fine. All other graphics settings should not cause problems like this.

* 簡易 Simple

From Bumped. Find this page in the options and select Simple Shader.
