Have a problem running the creation

Well, due to my PSO-W friends playing PSO2 I decided to ask a pal to help me attempt to run the game....well I followed JCGamer's guide and so I booted up the Character Creation Demo, set the setting to lowest possible and yet....all I get is blocks instead of text and then my computer crashes. So what im askin is that did I do somethin wrong, or is my computer not up to snuff. I should probably tell my im not a computer nut and I know almost nothing bout em.

Without specs posted noone will be able to help you. You could also search for a thread called "will my computer run this" where you might find more info.
