I've only seen a 1/205 drop from a rare enemy once, and it was the Psycho Wand from a Mil Lily. A teammate and I were mashing for the drop and he got it. ...He later became a victim of the double save freeze and corrupted.
I probably bumped into 50+ Mils in my time and never saw it drop again. It's not an easy drop. Finding a Torr also is tougher than finding a Mil.

You must insist, believe me. 200 Hildetorrs is a lot of work and time but I wish you the best luck! Just don't give up and remember the drop could be right on your next Torr. That's the way to go!
Congratulations. This was an incredible hunt. Percentages? Also, how many levels did you gain on this character during the hunt?
I went from lvl 58 to 105 I believe, so that's a lot of levels!
The percentages were 25/5/0/0/0 untekked. Don't care much about those in this case.
Pipeing? That's cheating. It's not "hard work" lol. Do it properly and you'll be at it for months and months and months. That's hard work. I'm on my 20th run of Tyrells Last Hope on the private server and only found 3 hildetorrs so far.

Is it in the game? Yes? Does it exploit an unintended glitch? No? Not cheating.
Piping worked on the DC version. Out of all the things they fixed, such as the canadine experience exploit, they left rare enemy piping. They knew damn well it was there.
Not cheating. It just doesn't work in online mode due to how it's set up.
Whether or not you consider it cheating it's a little subjective but, in my opinion if anything, I'm just exploiting the game in order to get my stuff. I never played this version online, so everything I have, was found by myself! There's no way, unless you've got no life, a player could realistically hunt for this rares playing normally. Some people are lucky though, but that's missing the point entirely. Tifa, I disagree with you when you say it's not "hard work". I had times when I piped all day without seeing a single Torr! That's 4 Hildets in each pipe for about 8 hours in one day and still be unlucky enough not to find even one rare version (actually happened). Even using this method, a normal person will get exhausted. On top of that I don't exactly have much time to play. My bluefull character has now like 650 hours of play, and I only created her in order to get Heaven Punisher. Say whatever you want, but don't tell me you think I'm cheating when my odds are 0.0001% and I still don't resort to codes, online quests and servers.
