So who knows where to easily find a Dark Ragne?

They appear in emergency city mission and any "free mission", but its easy to find them at the emergency city or the free desert which depend your luck finding it but you'll find a Ragne soon.

Other then your Luck with random free mission.

Try 'Free Field Desert'.
When you get to the 2nd Level, "With a REALLY Small Map". (The whole 2nd level)
You will know. 5x5 or 6x6 map....!!!!

Chance are 75%+ it will show itself.

I've ran into more Dark Ragnes in Free Mines than anywhere else, although Volcano also has it's fair share. Never saw a lot in desert, maybe I wasn't on a small enough map

They also often show up in caves free exploration.

Appears fairly often in Hard difficulty free roaming quests. More people = more chance, so a big multi-party is best bet.

Don't think it matters which free roaming quest you do. I've seen multiple Ragnes in a single forest quest before.

You don't find them, they find you.

They're the only qualifying spawn for code duels in the mines, so it's likely you'll get the most spawns there.

Mizers dont spawn as a Code Duel? What does it spawn as then, Attack?

Yep. Mizers are a code duel in the desert, and a code attack in the mines.
