JP PSP2 right? There's an option to import them in the main menu.

There isn't any DLC content for the US/EU versions.

Well dang, after all the time I placed into downloading all the free DLC. Haha well thanks for the help blace.

It does suck, but a portion of those DLC items are visiphone codes.
