[Perfect Chaos]

The condition to get the bonus are:
1) You JA with a PA/Tech.
2) You must have used a different PA/Tech right before the attack in the attack chain (this attack doesn't have to be JA'ed). Any normal attacks (also doesn't need to be JA'ed) in between are fine (even multiple normals are fine), as long as the last PA/Tech you used is different from the current one. Using the shift action or a step (or step attack) will break the chain, unless you use Knuckles, in which case the shift action and step attack preserve the chain (any action that would reset your Knuckles gear would also reset the attack chain) and can be used between PA/Techs like how normal attacks can be used.

It's ~500 attack stronger with latent active (which will happen during TCPBF) which is roughly 17% compared to Granfol's 13% (with 100% crit). I didn't say it's hugely better, but it is better.

13.5k seems spot on to me since Hyakka is ~14.3k (though when I calculated the damage/blade I got 80.916/6/1.09*1.13 = 13.98k for Granfol)

Lol you forgot adding critical strike. Which means Granfold close to 1 % better vs Hyakka. And not to mention it wide the gap the more total atk you gain.

Critical Strike applies equally to Granfol and Hyakka. It's 15% to both. Granfol does not boost critical rate.

Craft Mastery is not a multiplier. It is an increase of the stats. Dual blades only get 99 S-ATK at max craft from Craft Mastery.
