Anyways, I played with the character creator and my second account I haven't used in ages a bit.
Wanted to know what I'd look like with light hair and skin and this is the result (I named her Mizuhi xD):

It does actually, unless all the guides are wrong. Not much though. +3 for full fang set, +6 for full fang set + fang weapon.
