New PA drop list

I'm assuming Ragrants drops from something rare in Skyland (Quartz Dragon?) and Sabarta from somewhere in Tundra (Banshee or Banther?)?
Just wondering if anyone knows, as there is no way I can make 4-8 mil to buy one or the other XD

Well, someone reported receiving over end 11 from Signo Blue. And this isn't the kind of thing you expect screenshotting when you usually just pick up all the disks and hope you find something when you look in your item list again.

I just got the Slide end partisan PA from signo blue. Nice PA, very good for combos.

Read my post, Ragrants is from Crys Dral, the rare Quartz Dragon.

Sabarta is from Banther Elena, the rare Snow Banshee.
