Error when starting

Hi I recently downloaded PSO2 and when i want to start it i get these 2 errors. What do they mean and how do i fix it?

I already said, that's the error you get when you don't successfully apply permissons.
If mediafire wouldn't be a bitch I'd give you my files, but no, won't let me upload -.-

ok already fixed just had to delet the Downloads directory in Documents\SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2

I think a sticky would be helpful because I had that problem too. I'm not sure we can post a link to the file, but a quick google search will grant you access to a file (pso2.exe - 15 MB.) you need to replace in your install folder. Worked for me.

I got that too, but Xed out of the box and then tried starting the game again and it worked. Sometimes it does it once or twice, but i've never had it repeatedly happen where I cant get on at all
