Can't create a character

Hi,

I was part of the beta a couple of months ago and decided to give PSO2 a new whirl. After installing it (which took forever), it seems the game won't let me create a new character. I get this error which seems related to Arks Cash :

Never mind, it means I have to pay 500 AC for another character slot. I didn't remember at first that my toon was on ship 9. Thx

Actually, I guess I've seen something related to this on a dedicated PSO2 brazilian site... I'll take a look at there to see what I can do for you.
