SEGA ID Registration is Currently Region Blocked

Yes,SEGA ID got region was blocked and I think it might be due to some licensing and copyright issues.

Note the date in the post before yours, this topic was from November.

That said, I don't know if it's still blocked. I made one at around the beginning of the month with all of my friends.

The registration lock actually only lasted a couple of days back then, as far as I know there haven't been any registration locks since then.

If there is any region lock happened again, I believe a new thread would do better choice.

Being stuck in loading is because you're using an outdated part of the english patch, the large files pack doesn't work with today's update.
Do a file check and apply just the main files pack.
