I've got one of the EX Cube units plus a weapon with Lucky Rise (or raise) and was wondering if that boost goes from 5%->10% with both of those equipped. or is it something that cant and remains at 5%?

Most people are assuming its additive since all of the 6* units have it, giving 15% total if they stack. More than likely they do.
they work like exp boost abilitys so yes
