Thats thru the makeover shop, and it costs AC sadly atleast i think...

エステ利用パス from the AC Store menu is the pass for editing your character. It costs 500AC, and, like most stuff purchased from the AC Store, it cannot be traded or bought/sold from player shops. Not sure if you can just edit individual parts from the Makeover shop for less AC, though.

Can't do that, unfortunately. One change will still cost you 500 AC.
