bug: can't attack when equip sword

can't do anything with sword normal attack or pa no response at all and pa slot become nothing even i had change pa or change orther sword. they r get the same problem

have anybody got this situation like me?

Sorry to bump such an old thread but I am having the same problems as described in this thread and I couldn't find any other results after searching online, so I just wanted to ask you how did you end up solving this?

EDIT: In case some one else stumbles upon this thread, checking deleted/empty and old/missing files using the tweaker solved it for me.
