English patch issues

I don't know if this belongs here or not...

When I downloaded the most recent patch, the game works ok (servers are still down). But when I apply the English patch to the game it shows the cinematic and then doesn't load the title screen, so I have to re-download it the in-game patch to get it to work.

Usually it works after the cinematic (on the terms of service agree/disagree buttons) even if the servers are down.


I know it's still maintenance however, i'm hoping that they didn't kill the English patch with this PSO2 maintenance.

English patch is almost always killed with every maintenance.
