Hi

sorry for my bad english im from germany but i need help zo update my PSO2

ihaved downloaded the game (more than 12 hours download-.-)

no i have installed the game and i open it i become an error

Not sure about the first screenshot, but as for the second: it looks like it is just a connection time out error.
You just need to keep restarting it and it should eventually finish downloading the update (it will resume from where it left off).
You might also want to check to see if your antivirus or firewall is blocking the connection.
Keep in mind that the server you are downloading from is in Japan, so it might take some time and time outs could be frequent.

The updater does not download a file

I've been trying all day to do the update but it does not work
I have firewall turned off and the antivir scanner also

also have the game already reinstalled 3 times but it does not help

I have also tried to change my proxy server on a Japanese
But that does not help


can someone upload their PSO2 folder?

First one looks like a permission's error so you might need the permission's fix on the blog which is linked on the first page.

No that does not help

I used the program, but it says it has been denied access to the updater

it according to the message to be 6.85 GB downloaded but the files
the update are in the folder then the translation launcher
