Is there a button to make all the menus go away on ur screen and make a clear screenshot like u could in PSU?

Not that I know of, I used 3rd party programs a few months ago to take screens without the menu.

Yeah, there is. It's under "Shooting Options" in the menu. Alternatively, you can press Ctrl+PrtScrn to do so on the fly.

You can also choose what format you want to save the image in. Should be in the same option Anduril mentioned.
