Online license question

Can i buy the online license in the store or does ut only come with the bought game?
If i can buy in store, what should i type in?

You cannot buy it from the PSN. You will need a new copy of the UMD or the download version of the game purchasable on the PSN. The UMD version will come with a code you use in the PSN store. The download version automatically registers the license so you don't need to do anything.
