No it's not, once you saw that scene you can't rewatch it unless you got another char that never played the EQ The same goes for Aurora speech in TD4

Is there any intention to translate 3-4+?
Cause recently there was an update for 3-8, but 3-4 hasn't even been translated yet.

If you're talking about the non-story quest events, they said few posts before that was their lowest priority. 3-8 is still untranslated though. The recent update only translated PD EQ completely with Xiao, Regius, Maria, Zeno and al communication, it was just said they were working on 3-8 in that pop-up window

It seems the scene where Xiao gives you the 3-3 matterboard is also broken.

What nonstory quests?
As I mentioned, 3-4, the episode 3 main story.
It's not translated.
Kinda confused why stuff in the middle is randomly not translated.
