You can ignore those files, they're not required for the game.

BTW; this happens when opening program and upon peing prompt to update the game.
If you refuse the update, and do a manual check for updates, it seems to updatr the game just fine.

Is there any problem with PSO2 settings in Tweaker recently?
Normally when using 1024x??? resolution the UI would auto scale down. But suddenly when i started the game today after editing in setting, 1024x??? resolution is using 1280px UI cropped and it's too big. I had to repaste my pre-saved SEGA folder to get back to the previous setting. Im too afraid to touch Settings right now.
Sega changed the settings options again, so we'll have to see what changed.

I've also noticed that the user.pso2 file has changed?
