AYY. All you nillas days is numbered.
It's a PSE Burst that you do at the exit (or entrance). The reason it's better than a burst that occurs elsewhere in the map is because enemies can't spawn beyond certain points toward a map's entrances or exit. So, if everyone's standing behind that point, everything spawns in a neat little row, facing one direction for prompt and summary slaughter. With everything dying so much more quickly, it's easier to Cross Burst which makes it last that much longer.

Basically, enemies cannot spawn near the exit or entrance of a map (except the exit of Sanctum), so if you stand past a certain point and to one side, all enemies spawn in one spot which lets you just fire in one concentrated spot, giving yourself really fast kills, especially if using attacks which can travel through enemies (Cluster Bullet, Rafoie, Zondeel, for example).
It's the fastest way to get EXP and drops, and if you play in any games with the Japanese, they always do it if they're able to.
entrances in sanctum work just fine, you just need to walk up quite a bit from the entrance

Stands fo exit pse burst. You start a pse burst and head to an exit area and put your back to it so that the monsters spawn a short distance infront of entire mpa .. all you gotta do is spam aoe and you win.

...what's that eye makeup called?What, the Weak Bullet reticle? I agree, it is kind of large on your screen when you are hit by it.

It's the Phantom Queen Makeup. Sadly it only comes in that color but I love it.
