Hacked duped mags?

Do hacked/duped mags effect drop rates on all characters on the memory card or just the character who has it?

Just the character that has it, although, if you start with a character that is using one, you will want to save and restart the Gamecube before using another character that doesn't have one. Also, it only affects the drops rates if the mag is taken out of the bank. If the character with a hacked mag leaves the mag in the bank after starting up the Gamecube, then drop rates will be normal until the mag is taken out. Hope that made sense lol.

Hacked mags even when duped only affect drop rates when the level of said mags is above 200.

If you create a lvl 195 mag by using whatever methods, the game won't care and won't affect your gameplay.
