PSO2 on Vita doesn't register block 20?

I tried to change to block 20 on ship 2 so I can be among the English community there, However it doesn't show block 20 anywhere, It shows block B-220 and so on and so fourth. Is this exclusive to the Vita? Or is block 20 not accesible to Vita players?

Rumor has it it's B-218.

Not entirely sure since I'm not frequenting that block very often, but it's the home block of a bigger English team whose name I forgot.
