Thinking of going full support with Techer, anyone have a Tree they want to share?

Support is far more a play style than a spec unless you are willing to run TE/RA or RA/TE. Maybe you might want to grab 10 Cut and TB, but they really aren't going to make you much better over just getting damage skills.
Your goal should be to make it as easy as possible for everyone else to do their job while you do as much damage as you can. The closest you can get to 'no damage at all' would be a TE with WB and you'll still have to know where to aim. Only casting Resta and Buffs is basically leech mode.

tl;dr: You can play support just fine even as a lightning+convert FO/TE. Why don't you get used to pulling your own weight as one before you try to min max your spec? Then you'll at least know what you are looking for in the tree.

I would say the best support is Ra/Te with Weak Bullet and all the types of ammo to utilize the new PP save skill. That +traps for more PP regen and finally PP Restraint 1 from Techer. All of that combined gives you insane pp regen.

Oh and because of Poison Trap you can also have Poison Ignition for a bit fun damage or something... But to be honest this build doesn't look viable haha

Hmm. I'm curious as to how this will work in boss fights.

You would need to test out how effective the pp regen is.

Poison ignition should be avoided like a plague. It's easier to just not level up Te to a high level.
