My situation: Playing newearl, only have mags for pure striking, ranged, and tech attack. Current dex is 393 as FI/HU at 60/60.

What I'd like to happen: have at least 410 base dex as FI/HU without mag help when the level cap goes up.

How likely is it to gain at least 17 dex in 5 mainclass + 5 subclass levels as newearl?

My choice of pyroxene gunslash depends on it (I've been using a lambda jareid for a long time, and I'm not up to using a premium ticket, and millions of meseta for a gunbraver that only striking combos can use).

It seems very likely to me. Would only require 4 dex for two levels and 3 for the rest, with subclass giving you some wiggle room. Who knows until they actually raise the cap though.

If you're not willing to use 10* passes, Roelia doesn't seem like a good choice anyway, since you need a 10* to increase the element further.

Yes, you should get 19 (16 from main, 3 from sub) in 5 levels.
