cant figure it out

so i have this item and it wont equip on my lvl 21 force. anyone know why?

That is a Wand. Get Force to level 30 to unlock 2 COs that will unlock Techter class to use Wands.

I already answered this in your other thread. That's a wand, equippable only on Techers. You have to be Force level 30 to take on COs to become a Techer.
