Example: Zeno would be npc_01.

Unfortunately SEGA doesn't retain Scratch preview character data in the game files, They would have to show up as NPCs to be in the game files and I don't think they got added as NPCs. Your best choice is just to review the character trailer and do your best to replicate what you see or maybe a player has made a recipe to replicate how they appeared.

I read the two pages of the guide carefully and followed the instructions exactly.
My computer keeps giving error.
