You can do phase 1 as many times as you want in the 1st half-hour, but you can only finish phase 2 once. If you get disconnected or something, then you can start another if the 2nd half-hour hasn't ended, but once you complete it, you can't do it again for that EQ session.

... looking at threads from last year someone mentioned them stacking up to a maximum of 0.20s, which is the amount you get from maxing one.

Can anyone confirm which of these is correct?

That's right, you can stack both Step Advance but the skill bonus is capped at 0.20s - you can either waste 10 skill points to max lv.10 one of them or use 3 points on the first tree (+0.11s) and 2 points on the sub (+0.09s) = +0.2s main+sub Step Advance with 5 skill points.

The hiragana name is right, you could write it in different ways in kanji but you'd have something like 達也 累 or 達也 ルイ. Hiragana is fine too (^.^)

Not sure about casts but caseals have 4 colors.

Main: main color of your parts
Color 1: secondary color
Color 2: skin color (iirc that's different for casts)
Color 3: thrid color, lights, glow...

When wearing CV parts, main color gets the "Color 1" color, and "Color 1" color gets "Main" color.
