2 Earth Souls (Doesn't matter which between Toh'oh,Escard, and Full Vegas as long as it's at least two of them) = Ether Soul (10% Success)
Mother Factor + Deus Factor + Yamato Factor = Factor Catalyst (10% Success)

1 Ether Soul + 4 Factor Catalyst = iirc 60% Ether Factor.

And w/e else you add in there for your final affixes and such

also, would it be a dumb idea to use some of them before maint.? or the boost wont be saved at all?

You need to go to the in-game Recycle Shop (not the one available from the menu); you need to trade a Craft Builder 2 and Craft Builder 3 for it (so you need 8 Excubes [for two Craft Builder 2; one for the trade and one for getting Craft Builder 3] and 2000 FUN [for Craft Builder 1 from the FUN shop; needed for a Craft Builder 3]).

They do.
The boost will be saved, but remember, you can only stack up to 2 hours worth.

As far as I can tell, arks-layer doesn't have a change log/patch notes for the English patch, just for the Tweaker itself. You could try asking on their Discord channel to see if one is available.
