It's Dio kalicisma ever since facility came out; my current katana. It's stats are higher than the vast majority of 11s, only being beat by predicada katana by 3 S atk.

Change the stat requirement for equipment.
So for example, a equipment reuquire X amount of S-atk, but you don't have enough of it, but have enough dex, then you use it to change the requirement to dex.

Yes. These items are meant to make the higher end extend levels manageable if you can't reach the requirements even with a 30% Relax Equip device.

They've been disabled for now. SEGA claims they were the source of the lag, and are looking to fix their "interference".
