The Talis' potential states that it halts PP regen while it's drawn.

Since you need to have the weapon drawn to be charging a tech, you won't regen PP.

Thank you. I have read that myself, but it conflicts with this statement from someone quite trustworthy: "it doesn't halt PP charge revival, it only halts natural PP regen".

Sorry, but can I ask if you know this from direct experience?

It stops everything (apart from Attack PP).

Natural PP Regeneration, Charge PP Revival, PP Convert, PP Restorate -- all stopped.

... lol can't get the embed to work. You can tell his pp regen is completely halted until he sheathes weapon with an LA.

That makes no sense if it ALSO works with Deadline Slayer.
    Did Schrödinger program this game?
"The fighter is simultaneously above 75% and below 25% HP at the same time."
Yeah its confusing af thats why I asked. Things like automate will proc at 50% of your "new max" hp, but things like deadline slayer will also be active.

Thanks for the clarification. I assumed it was that way to begin with.

That's great! This video really puts my mind at rest, and it makes a lot of sense that it is this way after all.

Thanks again for all the responses. Wow, that was fast.

EDIT: Brain derped for a second; for some reason I forgot that using the right Technique element triggers Weak Hit. Fixed.

For the Train Trigger, what parts should I break for the maximum drops like Gunne Ginnagam's three parts?

You're not getting "maximum drops" by breaking parts, using a trigger already guarantees you are getting the max number of drops; what you are getting is access to a pool of items that are only available by breaking the parts (in the case of GGG, it is the Saiki set). Train Gidoran (and its rare variant) doesn't seem to have an extra pool available from breaking parts from what I can find.
