Just to add, if you add an item with the same name but a different element, it adds +10 regardless if the other element wep is higher, not sure if that's still the case with NT, but I imagine it is.
You know, in case you happen to get a different element version of the weapon you want to attribute grind.

What the Elemental Stance does exactly? only boost the elemental damage or the weapon? or it changes the element of the weapon to match enemy weakness?

Boosts damage when you attack an enemy with the element it is weak to. Basically requires you to rainbow, i.e. one weapon of each element, in order to maximize its potential.

By default, JBs use T-ATK; Switch Strike makes them use S-ATK.
