Is it just me or does any 11* drops from bosses on Ult can't be sold? <_< because Ultimate Rock dropped me ヒュリオロア and I tried to sell it but doesn't shop up (didn't lock it).

Yes, you can delete a character and remake, providing you are under 3 characters the entire time.
