when you select your character just go to the ep 1-3 option and play that if you want the rest of the NPCs

I am in ep1-3, with Matter Board 2 active, but Echo and Afin are still in their ep3 outfits. Zeno is in his ep1 outfit so I'm not sure why the other 2 aren't.

I think best place is Idetta quest. The one with the toy Darker boss. Also you could look at enemy list on each quest and see the responding rate of what monster would be there. it is in quest records which all you need to do is click on the quest and under quick start you should see it.

Also is Shadowstarkirby's signature a picture of Enforcer MKV going through a rough mpa and explain life lessons. becuase that signature made me laugh.

Boosts to 100%, but is still affected by upslot penalty. I believe you only need one.
