Ok someone explain to me why Klotho won't let me do my TACOs. It says I can not accept it until 3/2/2015 13:22. It's two hours past that right now. I can do it on my other characters just fine though.

At first I thought it meant specifically the E-Code with two NPCs, but it can be any one where an NPC joins for the code, so the end of Arks Tundra Search is one mission with a guaranteed one. Of course, though, the LQ typically has quite a few.
Yeah, I maxed my star contribution for the round in one SH LQ. Definitely recommended for this round.
