Weak Stance applies its bonus damage when you use the element the enemy is weak to, without hitting a weak spot. Understand this.

unlike element weak hit, it does not effect weapon element. there has been testing done on this.

I have a very quick question:

On Agito, just now did I notice that there are two latents one can choose from:

(1) Heaven's Divide
(2) Mental Alignment

My question is: Is it possible to get both latents?

Right now, I'm already Lv. 3 Heaven's Divide and I'm terrified that If I choose to unlock Lv. 1 Mental Alignment, then my Lv 3 Heaven's Divide will go "poof" and disappear.

Yes, most of the most powerful attacks are chargeable (and should be charged).
