Have a support partner and clear both routes of Ep.2 Ch.4.

Well, you should be able to unlock it then. If not, go to the salon and create one. After that, head to your room for a cutscene with your support partner. Finally, go to the shopping area.
Oh, the partner machine. No, I guess I don't have one.
