Kinda silly if you ask me. I wanted to make an in-lore character, but because I was rushed I couldn't come up with anything good. So I just used an old character I had saved up.

So, a more pragmatic question than what I had before. Are twin kamui still decent? And what's the maximum level?

From what I understand, it's still good from a "everyday" type of usage.
