So for the sake of doing Zieg's Crystalline Ambition orders, how much does it cost to craft a 1* weapon from Lv1 to Lv15 (not counting material costs)?

According to http://pso2.swiki.jp/index.php?%E3%8...%E3%83%94#Cost it'll take 780k.
That's not including unlocking recipes.

If you mean using same OTP account (or one device if you're using real smartphone) for 2 different SEGA ID, then yes you can.
In fact, i been doing this for a while now for both my main ID and alt ID sharing same OTP.
But keep in mind, if you're somehow losing access to your OTP device and can't recover it back, that means you're losing access to 2 ID at a time.

May varied -- Do you already have enough materials and recipe unlocked beforehand.

There's no official confirmation if EXP add items has level penalty on it or not, but considering it's an item i assume it's doesn't have any penalty on it.

I think PSO2es is potentially the most effective method of leveling low level classes.

You can easily get away with clearing quests that are 30+ levels higher then you provided you have good chips, and if you can get your hands one of the early learner weapons, it becomes even more efficient.

Both times I play with the settings from the first link. The game "says" its playing in 1080p Virtual, but the menus are much larger & the graphics are blurrier / less crisp.
I have reset PSO2 options/settings, GameGuard.exe, PSO2.exe & even Tweaker.exe multiple times & restarted my PC a few times to make sure that the changes were saved. It just keeps downscaling no matter what I do, unless I play in FullScreen (which doesn't allow safe Alt+Tab'ing).

Try to delete your PSO2 config and let launcher generate a new one for you.

Doing so will undo any changes that associated with config file.
Just in case create config file backup before deleting it for good.

Not that one, it's "user.pso2", located inside MyDocuments/SEGA/PHANTASYSTARONLINE2/

And why are your desktop screenshot looks so blurry?
It might be the source of your problem.

Don't quote me on this, but I think it's possible.

The thing was a lot of combinations used to not be possible, but now that you can have 5 fodders you can do them.

Nope, not possible to have both of those. They cancel each other out so you can only add 1 of them.
