What does the "Palette Change Settings" setting in the PSO2 options do? I thought it'd have something to do with the palette/subpalette menu, but I'm not noticing any difference.

Basicly you shoot it and it will explode and do damage based on how much damage you dealt before the duration ends (about 5-6 secs or so)
As for the palette change its mostly for switching PA, like you'd do with an assault rifle for exemple, if you leave it on hold you'll have to hold shift to have access to your two other PAs but if you set it to click you only have to press shift one time to switch, press it again to switch back.

ok so, after about a year break from PSO2. I decided to play again.
I got everything setup, from the free proxy by kitsune and tweaker installing all updates/patches.
I try to log in, and I get "Connection has timedout"
I don't know how to fix this, I thought it was smooth sailing after i installed the tweaker and configured everything.
I can see that the servers are all online.
Help!
Can a Hu/Bo with an all class Jet Boots cast Techs?

Ranger/Braver (Ra/Br) Question:
1.) Is the skill Attack Advance applicable to Range attacks as well? (Assault Rifle & Bullet Bow)
2.) Should I only stick to Weak Stance? Or get Average Stance as well for normal damage when hitting normal mobs? Due to Weak Stance's buff that decreases damage on non-weak spots.
3.) Is the skill Bind Bullet even necessary or important to get for a Ranger class?
4.) Somewhat connects with Question #3. If somehow I placed Weak Bullet and Bind Bullet along my skill tree and I have the skill Bullet Keep along, will the two be separately stacked? or will the other one replace the bullet that was kept in?
5.) About the skill First Hit, does it need to be the player at full health all the time? Or you must have the first hit on the full health/not-yet-damaged mob to have a high damage bonus? (Since this skill is quite confusing for me.)
6.) Is the skill Power Bullet good enough to put some skill points in?

- Not my area of expertise, sorry.
- No.
- If you load another bullet while having one loaded then the old bullets go away, this include loading a launcher shot while having a rifle bullet loaded and vice versa.
- You have to hit an enemy that's at full health.
- Just enough to get bullet pp save if you're going for it. It only lasts 30 seconds after loading a bullet and doesn't give that much R-atk. You'd be better off going for atk ups if you have spare points and absolutely nothing else you want to put them into.
Recently I've been getting some odd sound issues in game. Whenever there is a mass of high-pitched sound effects, such as Ilgrants, spots hit when affected by Weak Bullet, missles fired by airships etc, the sound gets very staticy and everything gets downed out by the ear reap. I tried playing the game with my headphones and while it seemed to have a greater tolerance, it still happened? Do I need a better external speaker, or could it be an issue with the game files? It started on my new PC, which is why I think it's that, but what do I know?
