Okay I'll just ask as I didn't get an answer before (not on here but in game), but I see the description is the same on Izane Crystals and those stupid Meseta Crystals.

What exactly are the point of Izane Crystals? Are they like the "OG Meseta Crystals" that is only good to sell to NPCs are is there more to them than that as I should have a shit ton of them in my storage.

Yes.

I'm pretty sure the reason they, and the meseta crystals are items instead of just more meseta is so they can be affected by Rare drop boosters instead of meseta boosters.

From the Quick Start screen when you select a Quest, there are two buttons at the bottom; the left one is multi-block matching and the right is current-block matching. When restarting a Quest at the Telepipe in the Campship, the third option down is current-block restart, the fourth is multi-block.

Guren Zombies can also be found in the Ep1~4 LQ, and Hard Noise can drop from lv 66+ Snake Helicopters.

It seems only impatient or those that haven't played in a long time without junk 12*s to feed their 13*s buy them.

Most (including me) usually just buy grinded 10*s now... when impatient.
