There are 3 available right now.
The ones that involve story require you to complete the entirety of EP5 Chapter 4/The Kingdom of Epic arc (For the first one), and the first playable mission of chapter 6 (For the second one).
The third one you get after taking two classes to lv75.
No way to do that. I would imagine it would be for balance purposes. Plus, Katana PH weapon action has a guard point, so it's actually quite useful to have around (not sure about AR or Rod).
So I just took a pretty big risk and blew all my money before finding out an important detail. Can you use more than one add ability item at one time? If not I can still make it work, it'll just be a pain.

Only one ability at a time. If it's a receptor type (like Attack or Mark Receptor), you'll need 2 if you plan on using a Booster as well.

Which S2 ability should I put on my Ph weapons(I wont reach 100% crit even with Wise Skill)? S2:Radiant Strike 2(+20% attack PP recovery) or S2:Wise Skill 2(+15% critical hit rate)?
So err... the main menu changes and doesn't display the gathering stamina info, where can I see them?
There is an in-game option that toggles it on and off (Display Simple Gathering Information):
