Either I'm doing something wrong, or Ranger is rediculously underpowered. So question is, other than Satillite Cannon, what are good rifle PAs?

Ranger is definitely not underpowered.
Good Ranger PAs are Satellite Cannon, Impact Slider, Diffuse Shell, Homing Emission (sometimes).
You should also not be using solely rifle for every scenario. Grab a launcher and use Cluster Bullet: that PA can melt most mobs if you TPS and aim a bit higher above the head. Divine Launcher, Rodeo Drive, and Cosmos Break also have their uses. Zero Distance is crazy fun to use and pretty powerful.
It also matters what sub you're using. You should be subbing Hu or Br.
Heard good things about Cluster Bullet, but I can never truely see how much damage its doing...

This should showcase it reasonably.
I feel like RA was /nerfed/ because it feels like it has less unconditional damage.
It just feels so much slower than other classes (post-ep3), requiring more work/tricky aiming for less damage.
I can't figure out how Diffuse Shell works. Sometimes it does 1.5k, sometimes over 6k. What gives?
