So basically, weather only changes when there's action in the quest, camping somewhere alone would do me no good.

Hey guys I finally downloaded the game and installed the english patches,story etc but now I am receiving error 249. I looked on google and I've seen it's a problem occurred after the DDoS attack. I am from Italy and I guess I should use a Proxy or VPN. I am using the tweaker,may I ask which vpn/proxy you use?. Which one is the safiest?. I am scared if sega ban us .
